Dance has played a part in endless cultures, tribes, & nations. Dance celebrates & dance mourns. Traditional dances of war, victory, grief, & healing have all been created by nations throughout history for a reason.
Moving static emotion through the body is key for healing of all types. It reconnects the mind, body, & spirit for emotional healing, relational healing, community healing- nation healing.
Dancing heals.
